A call with Lee, the founder. We open your current site together and look at how Google, Google Maps and AI assistants like ChatGPT answer when someone searches for a therapist like you: where you show up, where you don't, and what's in the way.

We copy every page, post and photo from your current site, word for word, onto our platform. Nothing for you to gather or send, and nothing on your live site changes while we work.

04Before launch
An SEO and AI strategy session
Before we launch, we look at how people search for a practice like yours, on Google and in AI answers, and plan how you show up:
- The searches and AI questions people use to find a practice like yours, from real search data
- Who shows up for them today on Google, on the map and in AI answers
- Which page on your site should answer each one, and what's missing
- What to fix first, like a phone number that's hard to find or a form that's hard to reach
You see the plan before launch, and it stays current: we update it every month and show it at the top of your monthly review.

Review, then launch
Your new site goes up first at a private preview address (yourname.websitetherapy.com). Go through it page by page and ask for changes in plain words:
“Move the photo to the left.”
“Make the heading say ‘Healing starts here’ instead.”
“Add a section about my sliding scale.”
When you're happy, we switch your domain over. It's usually two settings where you bought your domain (DNS records). It takes about two minutes. We'll send you exactly what to change, or do it with you. The padlock (security certificate) is set up automatically, and your visitors never see downtime. Not ready? Keep the preview address as long as you like.
06Every month
Audit, propose, improve
For us, launch is where the ongoing work starts. Every month, on both plans:
- We audit how you show up: where you rank, which pages bring inquiries, and whether ChatGPT and Perplexity name you
- We propose what to do about it: page edits, new pages and posts in your voice
- Page improvements go live with an Undo. New articles and new claims about your practice wait for your OK, unless you switch on autopilot
- We check your Google Business Profile (categories, services, hours, photos) against the practices that show up on the map, and draft a Google post for you to approve and post
In between, ask your assistant for anything in plain words: “Update my hours for Thanksgiving.” “Add my new group to the services page.” On Concierge you can also email Lee, our founder, any task; most are done in one to two business days.
